after github -> git.floss migration, it is broken.

nix flake init --template github:bleur-org/templates#rust-relm4

error:
       … while fetching the input 'github:bleur-org/templates'

       error: unable to download 'https://api.github.com/repos/bleur-org/templates/commits/HEAD': HTTP error 404 ()
