fix(nix/toml): bots option is implemented (#31)
Adds a `bots` option to the NixOS module to configure Forgejo bot accounts (login and Forgejo ID `frId`), which serializes into `[[bots]]` tables in `config.toml`.
### Usage
```nix
services.kotiba = {
enable = true;
bots = [
{ login = "support"; frId = 8; }
];
};
```
