When we run rust analayser for relago, RA(rust-analyzer) memory usage was more than 5GBs and here are the suggestions for decreasing memory usage

rust-analyzer exlude folderlarni berganimdan keyin ram yeyishi kamaydi yaxshigina. settings repo 4 GB olayotgan edi, endi 3,3 lar atrofida. Ayniqsa .direnv folderni berdim: https://git.oss.uzinfocom.uz/xinux/settings/src/branch/main/.zed/settings.json

Rasmda 3 ta rust project ochganman. Hammasiga exclude qoʻshib chiqdim
