If xinux user has config from previous system (keep updated it from github?) then promt to enter and apply it to install. Note that, this feature should be implemented after disko disk partitioning feature added

Nope, we can't do that unless xeonitte learns to do disk partitioning through disko. If a user passes their config, xeonitte can't replicate instance, because at the moment disk partitions are created imperatively which results to randomly generated UUIDs for disk partitions every installation which are being listed at hardware.nix to support bootloader.
